Shipping Policy (Croissound)

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on croissound.ca.
1) Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
2) Carriers, labels, and tracking (Shopify)
- Shipping labels are generated through Shopify.
- If tracking is included in your selected service, you will receive a tracking email once the order ships.
- Delivery timelines start after shipment, not at checkout.
3) Shipping rates and taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/dimensions, and the shipping option you select. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
4) Estimated delivery times
Checkout delivery estimates are estimates and can be impacted by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
5) Correct shipping address
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you can choose:
- reshipment (additional shipping fees apply), or
- refund for the product only (minus original shipping and any return shipping costs, where applicable)
6) Damaged packages and “delivered but not received”
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours with photos (item + packaging).
- Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, building staff, mailbox/parcel locker, and nearby areas. Then contact us so we can help initiate a carrier investigation.
7) Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in more than one package. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
8) International shipping (if applicable)
If you ship outside Canada:
- Duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are typically the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs.
